The fried chicken craze does not abate in NYC, evolving to take in the flavors and techniques of various Asian ethnic cuisines in both traditional and creative new directions (vodka in the batter? I suppose only at Momofuku).
Will the flight of the bird ever land in Minneapolis? Sigh.
